This is typical of the advanced fee fraud that comes from PO Box 1191 3600 BD Maarssen The Netherlands. That’s right I get so much of this stuff that I can tell the difference between the different PO boxes. They each have their own style.
If you have lost money to a scammer in the Netherlands contact the Dutch National Fraud bureau of the Financial Crimes unit of the Dutch National Bureau of Investigation. Chances are you will not get the money back. But you need to start a paper trail for the scammers to help the next person.
